Design Researcher
About Me.
My design research experience includes medical devices and health insurance across both B2B and B2C sectors, using qualitative and quantitative methods like in-depth interviews, usability studies, ethnography, and surveys. This foundation has given me deep expertise in researching complex products where user needs intersect with business objectives.
My path to design research began with a love for creative problem-solving and asking the right questions, but I was drawn to this field because of its potential for real impact. Today, I'm fascinated by the intersection of large-scale data analytics and deep qualitative insights, particularly in how this combination can transform patient and provider experiences in healthcare.
What energizes me most are those breakthrough moments when research reveals something unexpected—an unmet user need, a critical process gap, or a fresh perspective that fundamentally reshapes how we approach a challenge.
